Back to Veenerland!

So we left good ol' Praha for its old imperial master, Wien ;)

Here is a look through the back window of the last coach...interesting, no?

The train was SO hot and muggy! UGH! I left and went to another wagon where the people opened their windows. We were originally with a lot of Spaniards who were apparently 'quite cold' when the windows were opened....GRRRR....

So the next day we set off with breakfast in hand to go see the Belvedere Palace. Inside it has art by Schiele and Klimt. It was cool to be inside again...last time was in 2004!

We weren't allowed to take photos inside, so here is a view from the Belvedere out towards the city...tres magnifique, no?!

I decided to entitle the following two photos 'European Lunch'. It's HILARIOUS...two people were apparently mowing this lawn and then probably went to lunch....would it kill ya to just take the 5 minutes to finish it?!

But that is European...work is work, life is life....much healthier compared to the American/Japanese mentality....

LOL!

We went up to a hill overlooking Vienna. What a sight!

You can see the Danube off to the far-left hand side....

Loverly panorama....

Here we are looking at Vienna and Schoenbrunn Palace (summer palace of the Hapsburgs)...

What a view!

Panorama....

So in this posting I left out a lot that we did, cuz I have pix already of these places or my camera died or something like that...a more complete photographic record can be obtained from my father at PO Box 778393430403023 NYC, NYC 01093033300 or something like that....please send CASH! NO COD's please! :)
